Aaroh Construction, Inc. is a full service construction management company. Founded in 2009, by Johannah and Aaron Hoffman, Aaroh brings together over 17 years of combined experience in commercial and residential construction. Our management philosophy focuses on building our client trust and the delivery of high quality projects on schedule and within budget. Clear communication, detailed planning, on-site performance and follow through are the foundations for this philosophy. Whether your job is large or small, we will work closely with you to manage all aspects of your projects and bring it to a successful completion.

Services

Aaroh Construction provides general contracting, construction management, design-build, green and sustainable construction, site selection and analysis, value engineering, competitive bids and budget cost estimating. Our services can be utilized for Ground up construction, remodels, structural modifications, tenant finish, and historic rehabilitation for both, commercial and residential projects. Aaroh strives to deliver all projects within budget and on schedule by providing straightforward management, thorough pre-construction planning, accelerated schedules, pro-active problem solving and swift solution implementation.

Coordination

Aaroh construction brings a diverse group of professionals together for the successful completion of your project. Our team includes architects, engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and municipalities. We are the conduit between the construction team and our clients. We can quickly guide your project from site-selection, design, and construction to delivery of your completed vision. Precise documentation and clear communication with the client and our team ensure milestones and completion dates are met with a high degree of satisfaction for our clients.

President

Johannah (“Jo”) was born in Germany and raised in North Florida but relocated to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder where she met her husband, Aaron. Jo brings over 15 years of legal experience after working as a paralegal and Firm Administrator specializing in Construction Litigation.  Jo is an experienced business professional with exceptional business development, client relations, human resources, training and managerial skills and is consistently recognized as an effective and motivational leader.  Jo maintains a strong aptitude for building trust, creating teams and leading groups to work collectively to achieve successful results and utilizes all these skills and experience to aid in the delivery of Projects on time and within budget.

Vice President, Lead General Contractor

While not a full native to Colorado, Aaron moved to Boulder at the age of 5 from Vermont and has spent the majority of his life here. Aaron is a creative “outside the box” thinker that can see the vision of Architects, designers and his clients. Aaron’s path into the construction industry started in High School, working for his family in Palm Beach, Florida. His imagination and creativity took him to Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina where he graduated with a degree in Fine Art Sculpture. Upon Graduation Aaron moved back to Boulder and worked for Communication Arts, a local graphic design and architectural theming firm, before starting an Architectural Photography Business which he ran for 10 years before moving back into construction. Aaron uses his creativity, problem solving, communication skills and ability to build strong, lasting relationships to each of his Projects.

 


Tyler Leonard

Secretary, Project Coordinator

Although a native of Colorado, Tyler spent a majority of his childhood in South Florida. After earning his degree from Emory University in 2002, Tyler resided in the greater Atlanta area where he ran a successful residential real estate practice. His years of experience provide a unique and educated prospective clients rely on before, during, and after the project. Tyler utilizes his organizational skills and conservative attitude to build strong, detailed cost estimates for each project ensuring the client receives the best possible pricing. His ability to oversee and manage a crew effectively is a decisive factor in completing projects on time and on budget. These skills coupled with Tyler’s real estate background have been invaluable to Aaroh since he returned to Denver in 2012.
